VERO MODA as a brand delivers eight collections per year and selling upwards of 45 million styles annually.VERO MODA is a popular brand for the fashion-conscious, independent young women who want to dresswell and pay less. The brand offers quality, affordable and inspiring clothing for the young women. Therefore, at VERO MODA everything is about looking for trends to make sure future collections offer "can’t-live-without" pieces to this audience.

SOLUTION
first and secondary research proved that people are not keen on going to physical stores anymore, however they are afraid of ordering clothes online. however, every-time they are at a store, they feel pressured for not finding what they need and also for not always getting the help when they need it.
The concept we came up with is called "fit&go" and it revolves around physical features connected through a digital platform.
The main feature is the fitting room, where you can personalize the lighting, but also get help from the employees, with different clothing items or sizes, that you can see on a tablet that would be present in the room.
you can also order the clothes already from the fitting room, buy them at the shop or check availability on other shops.
VALUE GENERATEd
by improving the customer's experience in the fitting room, they will feel more comfortable and they will get help easier. moreover, employees will be more present in the customer's journey, which will again raise the overall shopping experience.
The company will finally have a better performing communication channel between the offline in store clothes availability, connected to the online application that can provide the user with accurate info.
